Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 43900 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund.
During registration, you are required to provide complete and accurate personal information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and valid bank account details. 43900 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance and security purposes.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 43900 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with the laws and regulations in force in Malaysia. Using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 43900 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We support a range of legitimate local payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including online banking transfers via FPX and recognised e-wallets.
Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant bank or payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method. 43900 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banks or financial institutions.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account that has been registered and verified in the same name as the platform account holder. Withdrawal requests that do not meet identity verification requirements may be held until the verification process is complete. 43900 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits on deposit and withdrawal transactions, which may be revised from time to time.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability
43900 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, system abuse, breach of these terms, multiple account registrations, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
When an account is suspended or closed for the reasons above, 43900 reserves the right to withhold the account balance until the investigation is complete. If the closure is for other reasons, such as a user's own request, any eligible balance will be returned once the identity verification process has been completed.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 43900 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users as a result of using this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Users acknowledge and accept that all betting activities carry financial risk and that they are solely responsible for their own decisions.
